  • Payment and subscription records received from app stores or payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers.

2. Secure connectivity data

Feida may use user-authorized VPN configuration for secure connectivity features. Users must grant permission before such configuration is created or used.

We do not sell VPN traffic data. We do not inspect the content of users' network traffic. We do not use VPN traffic data for advertising profiles.

Connection logs, if retained, are limited to account identifier, app version, device type, connection timestamp, selected service region, connection status, error codes, aggregated data usage, and truncated source IP prefix. We use these logs for service reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, subscription support, and security monitoring. Connection logs are retained for 14 days.

3. How we use information

  • To provide app features, account access, subscriptions, and customer support.
  • To operate, secure, debug, and improve our software services.
  • To process subscription status, refunds, renewals, and restore purchase requests.
  • To respond to privacy, legal, safety, or compliance requests.

4. Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate hosting, analytics, crash reporting, app store subscriptions, customer support, and security. These providers may process information only for service-related purposes.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect users, our services, or the rights of Guangzhou Lanxing Network Technology Co., Ltd.

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or compliance obligations.
