Restore purchase

Use the Restore Purchase option in the app. If access is not restored, contact support with your account email and app store receipt information.

Secure connectivity help

Feida uses user-authorized VPN configuration only for secure connectivity features. The app asks for device permission before creating or using a VPN configuration.

  • To connect, open the app, choose an available service option, and approve the system permission prompt.
  • To disconnect, use the disconnect control in the app or the device system network settings.
  • If connection fails, check your subscription status, network availability, app version, and device system settings.
  • If the issue continues, contact support with device model, app version, approximate time, and a description of the problem.

Account deletion

Users may request account deletion by emailing [email protected] from the account email address. Include the subject line "Account deletion request" and your Feida account identifier if available.

We may need to retain limited records where required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal, tax, or security obligations.

Subscriptions and refunds

Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed by that app store account. Users can cancel renewal, request refunds, and manage billing through the app store subscription settings.

Before contacting support

  • Confirm that the app is updated to the latest version.
  • Confirm that the device has internet access.
  • Confirm that system permission for VPN configuration has been granted.
  • Include screenshots only if they do not expose private account or payment information.
